Bought roaming calls addon USA- Not receiving calls

Hi,

I bought the roam add on for unlimited calls in the USA. I can call just fine, but I'm unable to receive calls. It just goes to vm.

Any help?

Do you know if your phone has been enabled for volte? Do you know if you can manually change your phone down to 2G GSM? Is your phone currently set on 5G? Are you connected to T-Mobile or AT&T?

@LO12  first make sure you bought US roaming add on and not just US long distance add on . Then reboot your phone and make sure your connected to T mobile or AT&T
