Late SIM Card.

It's been 3 business days since I ordered my SIM Card directly from Public Mobile using the App 'Shop SIM Card' Section.

After Purchase was complete, it said my new SIM Card would be delovered in two business days.. I ordered on Friday and it's now Wednesday, that's alot longer than two business days.. it's actually almost 4.

Who is Public Mobile using for courier or shipping services? FedEx, Canada Post? Is it regular letter or tracked?

Why does it say two days, when anyone orders it always takes longer than that to receive.. why doesn't this say 2-7 Business Days?

If it's Canada Post, lettermail takes a at least 3-5 days, why are we being told misinformation when ordering?

There is no tracking, and no order number so how do I even get an update on this when it's been longer than the 'Two Business Days' I was told?

And yes, it does still need to be updated as I ordered another one today and it still says the same thing, however I now know it will arrive about in about a weekish based on the first order.

@Dunkman Thank you very much for the clarification. The SIM Card Arrived today in a white envelope with Canada Post Lettermail.

@Priority

I got word back from PM management.  The wording is incorrect.  The SIM card should arrive within 10 business days (as per website).  Takes 2 business days to start shipping.  PM department involved with SIM cards is aware and will likely make adjustments on the wording. Sorry about the confusion.

Update: Still not arrived, on Monday it will have been a full week since I ordered it and it's still not here..

I guess it's only Public Mobile who thinks a week is considered "Two Business Days"..

I could understand if someone within the area of the SIM Card Distribution Centre might be able to receive it in two days, however I am in Winnipeg and I believe the SIM Cards are coming from either Toronto or Vancouver, correct? So it will take longer than two days coming from one of those two places for sure.

@Priority   As I’m sure your aware , if not Just search the forums . You’ll see lots of threads about how SIM card orders can take as many as 3 weeks to arrive .despite what’s mentioned on the website

On my order it mentionned up to 7 business days. I got mine in 5 just last week.

SIM cards rarely arrive wintin 2 businsss days. Public Mobile almost always uses Canada Post Lettermail.  On rare occasioan, another carrier such as UPS does get used.
