Yes network is set to automatic.  I tried picking individual providers but that didn’t work.  Under voice and data I only have two options.  LTE and 3G.  It is on 3G now

HI @sailwarning

you left your network to Automatic? you tried to just pick 4G ?  how about 5G Auto?

yes account is active.  I am currently using it on 3G.  LTE works by times but is intermittent

HI @sailwarning

is it not connecting to PM network ?  or just some services not working?

and My Account showing active?

This service has been working perfect for months.  This just started two days ago

yes it is an iPhone.  All the settings you mentioned have been checked and are proper.  There are no other physical or eSIM’s on this phone

@sailwarning

don't delete your esim and don't reset your phone yet

again , that is an iPhone? you checked the Public Mobile sim is there at the Settings>Cellular screen? set as Primary and Turn on this line enabled?  These 2 things are the most common things people missed on iPhone

and if you have another physical sim, remove it.  if you have another esim, disable it

I will need a copy of my current one anyway if I have to try resetting my phone

Is it possible to try a different esim?

@sailwarning , are you connecting to 3G only?  Anyway, the SIM card should have no bearing on being able to connect to LTE.  Perhaps there is a local network outage.

iphone

just lte.  It does work sporadically.  If it does work it takes forever to start.  Speeds are fine when it is working.  Setting are correct.  This just started two days ago

@sailwarning was it just LTE not working but working on 3G or 5G? or not connecting to PM network at all?

is that an iPhone or Android?

Check if the esim is showing up on Sim Manager on your device and if it is enabled

if iPhone, make sure the Public Mobile esim on the Settings> Cellular screen is set as Primary and enabled "Turn on this line

@sailwarning

Maybe try a family or friend's SIM card in your phone to see if same issue.

You may want to contact customer service agent as described in first post to see whether the issue is with Public mobile end.

@sailwarning

You could try your PM SIM card in another working phone.  That would help determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem.

Is your phone operating system up to date?
