I've been trying to pay off my account so my number can be unsuspended and I'm having trouble logging in. I know my account email and the password but it asks for verification from an email i have no access to. ive been at this for a good day now and im still waiting on a customer service agent. anyone know any way for me to unsuspend my phone number without having to go into my account. I tried *611 and tried getting them to take a payment but my C/C is probably not up-to-date. Would getting a voucher be easier? Where can I get one? I'm located in Toronto, CA. Thanks :))

i opened my first ticket yesterday around noon. i have sent another one and yes i have checked my inbox. when i had any issues before, they would get back to me within an hour so im not sure what to do except wait i guess?

@haipham48741 you really have to wait for PM support to reply. How long since you have opened your ticket? Open another one again if it has been over 4 hours.
And you checked your Community inbox and really no reply from them?
