use different browser,open incognito mode,clear cache,cookie, try Login

or open ticket with PM support and ask them to check your account,

type: Contact Us and Other 
Finally Click here to submit a ticket
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted,(envelope icon on the top right) CS_Agent will reply you there.

If you made a top up error that will cause you financial hardship then you can appeal to customer support for a refund. Otherwise it's best just to leave the extra funds in your account balance to use for your next renewal otherwise refunds if granted take up to 30 days to process so most choose to just leave the extra amount and they're available funds.

@seanhandregan - was it a large amount in error...like you move the decimal place over to the right too many times? If that is the case, well sure you can ask CSA for a refund, but that may take a few weeks to process.

Extra Available Funds will get used up first on future renewals (after rewards are deducted, if applicable), or you can use them for addon purchases.

You could just leave it in your balance for your next renewal.
