@Marc7796 - if today was your renewal day and you saw the 'Suspended' message in your My Account this morning, and all your services were still working, then you can ignore that message. We all see this message on the day our accounts renew.
Otherwise, if services are not working, make a manual payment as already mentioned, see @softech 's post.

@Marc7796 Pre-authorized payments could fail. It can be either a PM issue or a decline from your credit card
First, you have confirmed you have no service at the moment?
Then login to My Account. If the account status is showing Suspended, you should see a button "Reactivate my plan" there. Click on it and follow the screen to make a manual payment. Once the payment is made, logoff from My Account and reboot your phone and it should be all good
