I don't know how to transfer my Koodo prepaid number to my new Public sim. I already activated the sim with a new "temporary" number, but not sure what to do now. @CS_Agent I put in a ticket already but I haven't received a reply

@philwebster You can’t yourself you need support to help transfer your Koodo pre paid number over once you have activated a PM SIM card with a temp PM number . If you have done that then use this link to support
