Hi,

I used a reference code when I subscribed and I didn't receive the 10$. What do I do from here?

Your recent activation likely would affect the $10 reward.  If you just activated today, maybe wait 72 hours and see what happens.  If not, then contact CSA as directed.

It can take up to 72 hours for you to receive $10 in your available funds,

If more than 72 hours, you will need to contact customer service agent.

@Freskita   You should see it with in72 hours after activation . If it’s been more then 3 days You can ask support  if it’s been applied correctly
