Just started with Public Mobil, paid, activated the card but it’s not working.

Why is my phone not working?  Just activated the card.

did you just recently port your number to Public Mobile from your old network ?

I'll pm you the phone number to call for assistance porting. Check the little mailbox icon on top right side of page.

Try turn off the phone, remove sim card , wait a couple minutes then put the sim card in and reboot the phone.

Hi @HeidiMK did you request porting I'm number?  outbound calls work?

 

if both outbound and inbound calls do not work, just open ticket with PM agent for them to setup the sim on the system again

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
