Just ported -Received calls going straight to voice mail with message that voicemail not initialize

I just ported the number from Speakout. When I make calls to my phone from another phone, it does not ring, but rather calls going to voice mail  with message that voicemail is not initialized. I am suspecting some settings are not correct. I have iphone 7 plus Unlocked.

Like other have mentioned. It sounds like a stuck port which is a common issue on these forums it seems like. Usually ports take a couple hours to complete and can take up to 24 hours. One of my ports went through without an issue. Another one was like you mentoned, going straight to voice mail when geting a call, but could call out and text.

If you have already lost service on your previous carrier's SIM card, then it's mostly likely the incomplete transfer from the previous phone provider.

If you message the Moderator Team, they will get that fixed up for you.

It is probably a stuck port.  You will need to contact moderator to finish the process.  In the meantime, you can still use the Speakout SIM card.

Please include in the private message your phone number, your account number and PIN code.  Also, include all the relevant Speakout information such as account holder name, account number.

How long has it been since you ported your number?  It can take up to 4 hours to fully complete the port.

Does your old sim still work? Speakout is notorious for failed ports. Try putting in your old sim and see what happens when some one calls you.

I have created the self serve account and it does receive texts. I can also make calls.

It was ported around 4 pm in Walmart store so it is about 7 hours already
