I purchased a $20 add on for talk, text and 250mb data yesterday. I flew in to Fort Lauderdale today but my phone keeps saying ‘No Service ‘. I have restarted the phone and also enabled the roaming but still the same.

I just ported the number from Speakout. When I make calls to my phone from another phone, it does not ring, but rather calls going to voice mail with message that voicemail is not initialized. I am suspecting some settings are not correct. I have ip...

After going back and forth, I did get a refund through the CSAgent. Thank you all for your comments and help.
