I bought US roaming on August 19th and drove through NewYork, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Verginia, West Verginia, Tennessee, Georgia and South Carolina. I didn’t get cellular and data reception anywhere except momentarily couple of times. I am really disappointed and would want refund of money paid. I also advise others to be aware.How do I claim refund.

After going back and forth, I did get a refund through the CSAgent. Thank you all for your comments and help.

PM talk roaming isn't good in US because of poor coverage under T-mobile 2G network. You may get local sim or use voip.

contact PM support team by private message CS_Agent  to remove it thoce Add-ons from your account and them will be credit to your account money back by credit you will see that amount at Available Fund, for next cycle will be taken from there automatically..and how much the remaining of your balance will be taken from your credit card..

@pramod   did you try to manually connect to AT&T or T-Mobile?  if you are only looking for Data connection, a manual connection should work if Automatic fails.  But if you have voice roaming, then you can only connect to T-Mobile for its 2G network

 

But I think you are back in Canada already.  No worry, PM is fair and usually will provide refund or partial refund if the roaming service did not work.  just open ticket with them:

 

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at: 

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there
