I am currently locked out of my account and don't know the password. I have tried to reset my password but it doesn't work. I enter my email to verify the password reset and I get the error message "Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address.". I'm currently locked out of my account permanently because of this issue.

@Currie Are you sure you are typing the correct email associated with your account? The password reset function is working fine. So i am not sure why it would not recognize your email address. May be you failed to login too many times and only way to get it reset is by contacting the mod team as mentioned above.

If the password reset is not working, you will need to contact moderator. Expect a couple of day wait for response though...
