I literally just joined and have some concerns.
Says my account is overdue and suspended when I literally paid the $47.25 an hr ago.
Secondly was told would be given temp number when bringing over old number but that has not happened now have zero coverage.
Last what the heck is with customer support link you click to get a ticket then tells you to log in and does the same thing over
Super not impressed feel like should have stayed with Bell

It sounds like you ported your Bell prepaid plan. Once an CS_Agent replies back by pm, they can look into the provisional issue with your SIM and complete the porting of your old number in the morning as their hours are 9:00am to 10:00 pm EST.
BTW, PM is an online service so all communication is done through private messaging and patience.
I was on Bell and they charge outage fees.
