Hi there,
I just signed up and inserted the SIM card into my iPad air. It gave me a message saying - Cellular Data Plan Usage. There is no data remaining on your current plan. It asks if I want to add more data. This is the first time inserting the card into the device and online I am showing no data has been used. Can you please advise what I should be doing?

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh.
What is ipad air? Is that a phone???? I believe PM SIMs are for phones only but I might be wrong...

@Kym Have you tried rebooting your iPad? If you have a spare cell phone, try the sim card on it and test data.
