I signed up today and ordered a SIM card while registering, the SIM card is expected to arrive next week.
Is my billing date today or when I activate my SIM card?
In other words… am I paying for service while waiting for my SIM card to arrive?

good point @Brilliance about the promotion, i just dont' trust the sim delivery very much
@Z8 you chosen to have the sim sent to you? it is better to pick up the sim from local Telus/Koodo stores. But if you have chosen to receive it in the mail and not receive late next week, open ticket with PM support and follow up

@Z8 Your billing date will be the day you activate the SIM card and every 30 days or 90 days depending on the plan you choose

Your plan starts when your sim is activated. 30 day or some plans 90 day cycles.

@Z8 this is a new process, signup and order sim at the same time. I hope you get the sim card quickly. Since you don't have the sim card at the moment to fully activation, I believe the billing date starts when you complete the activation with the sim card number
