It says plan as been suspended

Account says suspended and they ve money on the a  ount and I m auto pay can someone help

Outage is still ongoing. My account was supposed to renew today, and it did not. I added manually money in the account, but could not 'reactivate' service as it just kept taking me to add more money page. Had to contact CS and after some time it got fixed on their end. So, this is not resolved yet..

I would say Expired, not suspended. Suspended is so strong word these days...

You will get standard message that your account will be suspended on the day before your renewal date. This is normal, it also states if you are on AutoPay or have sufficient funds just ignore message.

  • When you log in to your self serve account does your account status say suspended?
  • Do you have any available funds in your account balance? If yes do they equal or exceed your plan amount?
  • If no check your transaction history. Do you see an automatic top up of your plan amount?
  • What is the date of the autopayment? What is the date of your renewal? Today?
  • Do you see your plan amount debited from your autopayment?
  • Can you confirm you have no working services?

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

If your autopay was to renew your plan on April 1st when PM had autopay issue, you will have to contact agent to help you out. Adding money through voucher or manual payment through self-serving account and resuming service might work (or not).
