look like you have turned off Autopay
Since you are using the app, you don't need to use the browser to check
on the App, same page as what you showed us, click Manage Subscription and make sure it says "Subscriptoin Renewal (Active)" there
and of course, make sure you credit card is not expiring. On the app, go to Payment page, then "Update Card Information" and check

@icpkdasm Go into your account and turn on auto subscribe . So your plan will automatically renew
Turn auto subscribe off/on
