I can get to my account as it always says to complete my activation

never been able to complete my activation as a results I cant access my account.  every time i tried for the last year it gives me an error.  Now I want to change plan but cant get to my account

so, I think you have service without problem and just cannot login?

Did you try using both the browser and the app?

@MaxDubois  Sounds like eversafe ID  having issue linking your account . Easy fix for support
