Hi, I am setting up a new phone account. I downloaded the app, and we transferred the number from our last provider. The last message was to turn your phone on and off to help with activation, which was hours ago.
Now what? When do I put in new Sim card? Will a new message appear?

Put in your new sim card and re-open the app.
