Hi, I hit 95% of my data usage on my plan, but since my plan renews in a few days I purchased a $5 add-on for 200 MB Data (about 1-2 hours ago). I haven't left my house (wifi zone) and I checked the 'Usage History' for today and it only shows the text I received to login to my account. Yet my account 'Add-Ons Usage' says 44% used? I don't understand how this could happen? This is my first month with Public Mobile, so would truly appreciate advice or clarification!

Please note that PM is on a 30 days cycle and not a monthly cycle which data counter apps are on.
The 95% usage could have been the app notice.
Your account will show approximately your usage because PM updates your usage around noon and midnight.

Do you have wifi assist on ? If so it can use cell data even when on wifi . Best to turn data off when at home on wifi to be certain your only using wifi .

Gave that a try (logged out and logged back in on Desktop), but it still says 44% used.

Swipe down to refresh the screen and info then log back in.
