I bought a US Roaming - Talk Text (15-day) add on to call a number in the 704 area code in the US from Canada but I keep getting an automated message saying I am out of minutes.
Did I buy the wrong addon? Can I get a refund if I did? Which is the right addon?

you bought the wrong addon. Calling into US from Canada just need the 1000 US Calling LD minutes, not the roaming. Roaming is when you are in US
so, ask PM agent to help to reverse the purchase, and you can then buy the correct addon after
submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
