taking forever to get a sim card in the mail, Thought it would only take a couple days similar to other carriers. I paid for the card , can i go and pick one up at a retailer? Would i get my money back from PM if they make be pay an additional cost at the telus outlet?

Its been 2 weeks now so im going to pick one up at a telus store, and hopefully be able to get my money back ,from the one i purchased online, on this platform!

when you placed the order? Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here
But best to ask PM support agent for status update, you can submit by direct message:

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one
