3G is not being phased out for Telus/Bell this year. A more realistic time would be 2026/2027, likely end of 2027. So, there are still lots of time

Since 3G will be phased out in Canada soon (late this year?), it will be interesting to see what PM does for 3G customers. Depending on how much of a hurry you are in, and if you don't want to lose any bonus items (Xmas data bonuses, etc) , it might be worth hanging on, and seeing what they offer you.

@Sullivan only way to change plans is to go into the Public Mobile app and see what is available to you and to choose from there. But, as the $19 plan is now the cheapest PM plan it's only for new customers, existing customer will not have the option to change to it. You can try reaching out to a support agent but it's very unlikely that they will give it to you.

not without cancelling your current plan and starting all over with a new sim. You can easily upgrade plans...not easy to downgrade.
