Why do I see SOS

I just switched to public mobile. For my network, It says P is SOS and T public mobile. What is the difference between Preferred and Travel?  I tried resetting my network settings but that didn’t work. I can’t make calls unless I change them to T but I’m worried I won’t be getting calls.

click on the orange bubble on bottom right side of page to start process of Customer Support help. Give them your acct #, ph #, name on acct and PM pin #.

Yes I did port over my number. The network reset didn’t work.

when you activated your new account with Public Mobile, did you opt to port your previous number in to your account ? You could try a network reset...but you'll have to remember passwords as they'll be erased until you redo them after reset.
