The only thing that helps is using a referral code of your partner. Other than that, not much. Did you use the referral code while signing up?

and in fact, each account is independent and need a separate login for My Account
the only thing you can do for family is to use your own referral code to refer your family member during activation

There is no family plan. Each plan/account must have its own email address. The payment card can be the same on all accounts.

No there is no family plan at PM. Each account is independent, has unique phone number and is tied up with unique email.
