Visual voicemail

Hello all,

curious why mt wife and I both have similar iphones and rhe same public mobile plan activated the same day(separate accounts of course thats how they work here) 

but I have full visual voicemail and she has to call in and check the old fashioned way, 

any setting or something that she has on or off or is it a glitch on her plan?

I have this feature turned on but not all voicemail goes to print.  I wonder that perhaps it only works if  both the sender and receiver have this feature activated. Maybe a more knowledgeable member can weigh in.

@NickS94  In phone settings go to bottom of page Apps > phone > toggle on live voicemail on her phone
