Hi there Community members, 😊
Does any know if the Motorola XT2093-4 moto g play is compatible with Public Mobile?
I just bought the phone, signed up with Public mobile, and can't connect to the network. I also have checked to see if the phone is compatible by unfortunately the different Motorola phone types are not all listed by the model number.
Thank you in advance. 😄

@MarskiGal - did you complete the Public Mobile SIM card activation? Here is the online location for this: https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/portal/activation
Ensure you were charged for the activation, this is a good indication the activation was successful.
With the PM SIM card in the phone try one or more of the below:
*turn off your phone, leave off for a few minutes, then reboot
*removing your SIM, then reinserting it
*go into airplane mode, then going back to regular mode
*reset network settings on your device
*Is your phone locked - if this is a "NEW to You phone".
Contact your previous provider to unlock it for you. You will need your imei number, dial *#06# to get it.

Yes, it's compatible. First, try your Public Mobile SIM card in a device known to be working with Public Mobile.

@MarskiGal...that phone should work on PM network. Is it a new phone or did you get it used. Make sure it's not blacklisted or reported as stolen.
