I thought my phone was e-card compatible but it's not I bought a sim and cannot finish set up

have you checked with PM support yet? sometimes the error with compatibility of the esim is a false negative. Check with support first

@AnnaLD so, you have a sim card already? you will need to ask support to update the sim card number for you

@AnnaLD buy a physical card from Amazon or call a local Telus/Koodo /mobile Klink store and see if they have Public Mobile SIM card and buy for $10+. Once you have it, message PM agents to add the Physical SIM card number to your profile.
