Is public moblie down ?

Hi just wondering if public mobile is down right now.  I can't recieve or send text messages. I have check on my account it says I have unlimited talk and text as well I have data. I have the 30.$ plan with another 3 weeks left on it . I can however make a phone call. Is anyone else having this issue?

Try turning off RCS services, like iMessage or chat, and using SMS again.

If Android, try adjusting Chat messages options.

1. tap Messaging app, 
2. tap 3 little dots top right, 
3. select Settings, 
4. under Chat settings, scroll to "Select default messaging type", 
5. toggle it to Automatic or Text/multimedia msg

For Apple, adjust the iMessage settings:

1. tap the Settings app,
2. tap Messages,
3. turn  iMessage off by toggling the switch to grey from green.

EFIT:  Also try SIM in another device to see if SMS works.

does it show it connect?

try to reboot the phone or reseat the sim card
