Just activated and my anxiety made me send a support message a bit sooner than I should have when I didn't have service, 5 minutes later I did lol so my problem is fixed. Not sure if there's any way to let them know I don't need help anymore?

@Brianna182 you can go into the sent messages of your inbox and just add to your ticket to let them no everything working now and no help needed is about all you can do . Or wait for the reply and then tell them thanks and I figured it out

hi @Brianna182 you don't have to cancel
but if it like, to to Community inbox, change to Sent, look for the old ticket you sent, reply and ask agent to close it

Don't even worry about it. Just let them reach out to you and just let them know the problem is resolved and no further action is required. No need to send them another message. Let them come to you.
