Hi,
I'm having trouble activating my new SIM. I changed my Public number and purchased a new SIM, but now I can't activate it. I would appreciate your support.

What was wrong with the old SIM?
You don’t need a new SIM for the new number on the old account.
Try reboot your phone by powering off then back on with the old SIM in your phone.

the new sim card is brand new never used?
You don't try to Activate it, you login My Account and update the sim card number on the Profile Page. Can you login My Account?
