Why does pin no. on payment voucher not valid

SDM vouchers usually can be used immediately. Make sure the PIN is entered correctly 

it ask PM to check , Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Tried everything and hasnt worked, in starting to think this is due to the upcoming maintence? Also just bought it at sdm, about 10 minutes ago

where you got it? some places' vouchers need to wait 24 hours before it can be used.  So, when you got it?

try calling 18554PUBLIC to load the voucher as well as try on My Account or PM app

No, I just login to my account on the PM app. Try calling 611 and enter the voucher number and pin.

Sometimes it can take a few hours for it to actually register with PM first. Maybe wait up to 24 hours and if it's still not working, contact the place you purchased it from. They may say you need to contact Public Mobile. Here's how

Is public mobile down? Its simply not letting me put the codes in and I bought a $5 voucher to test it out and still not working.

You will need to contact the place of purchase. They may have sold you an activate voucher.
