I have been trying to change my public mobile phone plan and every time I transfer my phone number it showing invalid phone number.

Sorry, but a phone number can't be transferred from one Public Mobile account to another.

@Victori1 If you wish to transfer an existing numbering from Koodo Prepaid or PC Mobile, you will need to first complete your activation with a new number, then reach out to our Customer Support Agents here in order to transfer your existing number to Public Mobile.
If the above ticketing chatbot does not work for you, go to your envelope at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message. Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support.

are you trying to Change phone plan or Transfer phone number?
to change phone plan, you login My Account and click Change Subscription on the top right
to transfer phone number, you to go Profile and click Transfer phone number
Maybe provide us a screenshot of your error message?
