I’m unable to submit a ticket there is an error message . I need to be refunded because I’ve been charged twice

I go to messages and hit the pen button and cannot find the sender csagent ????? Why is it so hard to contact someone

Banks regularly show the same transaction as both pending and posted at the same time immediately after transaction finalization. Ensure that that both charges aren't referring to the same thing.
