Incorrect Info in 611 Text Messages & Plan Usage in My Account

Not sure what's going on but I received a 611 text message stating that I've used 100% of the data included in my plan even though the plan usage in My Account states that I still have 64 MB left in my regular plan and 1 GB left in my add-on?!? And as of that text message, I do not have access to any data while on the road.

 

The next day I got a second message stating I had 10 min left on my plan even though Plan Usage in My Account states that I have 74 mins left in my Canada Wide talk minutes.

 

What's going on??

try this to see how much add-on data & calling minutes you have also...

@Talkr - when logged into My Account ensure you click the circle arrow thingy to see latest info.

Go by My Account details, also log in using incognito mode, which will help with back cache issues. You can call 611 to check/confirm your data balance also...not minutes though, unfortunately.
