Incorrect Data Usage Calculation

I have noticed for past few months that my mobile data bucket gets used too quickly.  So I checked the usage on my account and the usage it shows on the main page don't match the detailed data usage.

while the detailed data shows:

 Just around 390MB !!

 

Please help.

Hi,

I have joined Public Mobile just two months, I don't know why my data usage count is inaccurate sometimes.

Hi @sunny21 the usage history page could be 12 hours later while the main page is always more updated 

 

But one thing, clear cache and relaunch browser to check 

Or use Private Mode or Incognito mode to check

@sunny21   Login to your account using incognito/private mode or another browser.  There are lots of caching issues with PM's self serve site for the last few months.
