I opted to wait until renewal date (Nov 28) to automatically change to the $40 for 15 gig plan. The automatic payment went through for the cost of the plan but my old plan is still showing on the current plan page. I remember I did this for a previous plan before (set it up to change on renewal date) and it never changed over. Is this a common problem?
Should I be worried that the plan will not change?

@WinterNights try log out and log in again. It will likely show the correct plan.

@WinterNights sometimes the website has a cache problem. you can try using incognito mode or clear the cache. It sat on the old plan.
