Public Mobile is telling me that my data for the billing cycle is used up. However the daily usage does not demonstrate this at all. What do I do? I am - according to Public Mobile - out of data for the next 17 days!

A customer support agent checked my daily usage against the total data usage and they didn’t correspond. The data was reset. A good outcome thanks to a helpful agent.

HI @BWebster
if you login My Account and go to Payment history, what about of data you see being used in the last 13 days?
But we are just customers here, so if you do not agree the amount of data used, you need to check with PM support agent directly. Please submit a ticket

@BWebster , over the years there have been many complaints about the data meter being inaccurate. I don't believe there have been any successful claims as such. In any event, if you believe there is something wrong with the data metering on your account, you can use the chat symbol on the lower right corner to initiate a support ticket.

hi @BWebster
it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
(If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit ticket by direct message:
