Incompatible Data-Add Ons!

Hi, I am wondering if anyone else is having the issue of the free holiday data add-ons showing incompatible on their account? I have the $15 250mb at 3g speeds plan.

Edit: I submitted a support ticket regarding this issue but I wanted to post here to ask if this is now normal.

Edit: It also no longer shows my 100 minutes included in my plan so I have no idea who many minutes I have left! It looks like no minutes are included at all in my plan!

Update: I have checked my account a few times today, so hopefully I am not saying this to soon to jinx myself 🙏🏼… so far all my holiday gift add-ons “data & minutes” are back to showing compatible & I can now see my 100 outgoing included plan minutes & how many I have left!

Thank you everyone for being patient with me during my panic attack 🥰

@hTideGnow , thank you, that was a great idea! I never thought of that! I just called it but it only tells me how many Int’l long distance add-on minutes I have left but not how many minutes I have left of my 100 included minutes in my plan! 😞 At least I know I have enough of the Int’l long distance add-on minutes.

Update: I received a response back from a CS_Agent “As it was also mentioned in the Community, this seems to be a known issue and the only thing to do is to wait”.

Since this last maintenance, I don’t even know how many minutes I have left out of the 100 minutes that are included in my plan due to those don’t even show on my account anymore 😞

@hairbag1 , that’s ok. I figured you missed the part of my post that said “I have the $15 250mb at 3g speeds plan.” 🤣 It doesn’t have unlimited data. 😉

Hello @LitlLdy 

I don't know for sure but I think it may have something to do with the fact you're still on the 3G plan and your area was affected by the 3G upgrades. ???? I know Meow and Yummy are in the same boat.
