Incoming calls from other service not received

I transferred my number from Fido and now I am not receiving incoming calls. I can make calls but cannot receive them. Please help. Is there a person I can talk to solve this?

This seems it may be a porting issue. Please take a peek at your top right corner of this page and I'll send you a number to contact.
