@fedup_customer7 You should PM the CS Agent to get them check your account then.  It doesn't make sense that anything is connected to PM for your number.  Send them a private message and wait for their reply.  In this forum, we're all just customers and cannot check anything for you.  All of PM support is online, so send them a PM at this link to have them check it for you.  I can't think of anything else you can check on your own without their help.

1) I cant remove any information or even look at account information beyond making complaints in this forum as I am getting a 'Forbidden A1' error.

2)I didn't even get the opportunity to activate the SIM as it took long to come and once I got it, I had already exhausted my patience with PM.

3) My phone works phone, meaning I can call whoever and many people can call me. But there are the few who tell me I get a weird PM message when they call.

4) I talked to Rogers, they said I am fine on their end. Its PM that needs to release whatever so I dont get this weird message for the odd few who try to call me.

5) It shouldnt be hard for PM to either let me logon to my account without this error I keep on getting, or just release my number and delete my payment info and confirm.

@fedup_customer7 You didn't go through the port process?  If not, then you should only have the temp number you selected to activate the SIM.  So is your number still at Rogers?  If so, you could just remove the payment info and maybe send a message to CS Agent to close your account.

Usually when you port out from PM it auto shuts down your account.  I can't think of a way that PM would have "taken" your number without you porting to it.  You would have had to requested the port.  Since you mentioned when your wife calls your number you get a PM message, it sounds like it's been ported to PM.  What happens if you try the port process from the Rogers side to try and move it back to Rogers?

what im not sure is getting across is I NEVER left rogers, i just signed up for PM and got a sim card that wouldnt activate. I NEVER came on to this system, struggling to understand how they can have my number without me activating

@fedup_customer7  If you number got ported from Rogers to PM and you've signed up with Rogers again, you'll need to go through Roger's port process.  Assuming your port completed with PM, keep the PM SIM in your phone when you start the port process with Rogers.  Acknowledge the message that you want to allow port of number from PM, then put the Rogers SIM (or esim) in and wait for the process to complete.

There's an established process to follow for porting in/out of all of the telcos.  Just follow them and you should end up with the provider you've chosen.

If you wish to go back to Rogers, you must notify them and they will port your phone number back to them. You should send a message to a CS Agent to advise them you've decided to return to Rogers and to release your number. Here is how to reach them. Click on this link and send them a private message.

They will reply in the top right corner of this page.

i am remaining with rogers, but when my wife tries to call my number it goes to public mobile messaging, saying this customer needs to activate or some weird message. I just need this company tp relinquish my number

Hello @fedup_customer7

If you haven't activated your SIM card yet, then your Rogers number may not have been ported over yet. Have you reached out to Rogers to confirm your account over there is closed?

it is the horrible customer service here that prompted me to remain with rogers, hence why i renewed my plan with them.

Pubilc Mobile's obligation is to get your service working.  They do not offer refunds.  Have you tryied contacting a Public Mobile customer support agent to get these issues fixed?
