Unable to use/ get data

I have an iPhone XS and have been using it for quite some time. Up to now, I haven't had any issues. I went to the states and purchased an add on (talk/text/ data). It seemed to work fine for the first few days but then the data was spotty. I was still able to talk and text but I would have to restart the phone and would access maybe one or two sites before it stopped again. I thought it was an issue with just the states but when I got home, the problem persisted. Any suggestions or advice would be great.

Great question. Truth be told, I don't really use my Nord VPN while I'm down in the US because I don't purchase data. However, if I'm using a public WiFi I do.  Using it while on TMobile is OK in my opinion, just make sure to turn it on while using Public WiFi and hotel WiFi.

I think I solved my issue. I started using the Nord VPN when on wifi but the app is in the "off" position for cellular data so it was unable to connect to anything when on data. I think I can either turn off the app or allow it to use cellular data which leads me to another question. Is it worth using the app when I'm on data and using up cellular data or would cellular data be secure enough on its own and therefore not have to use up extra unnecessary with the Nord VPN app?

Hey @hkoshiya 

Go into your network settings and choose T-Mobile and then reboot. Also make sure your your cellular data is turned on.

EDIT: Added info just in case you didn't know how.  Go to Settings, Network Selection, turn off automatic and choose T-Mobile. Then Reboot. That should resolve it.
