I have forgotten both my password and security question, I normally buy minutes at the store, please help

@Thegoods5447   Your other option is to purchase a voucher from an online vendor like recharge.com.  They will be able to email the voucher PIN and you can add it by dialing 611, however, they charge a fee for this service.

 

edit:  just adding more info to what dust2dust suggested.. 🙂

On the first read I have to ask....don't you have a friend or family that can help you out??

Secondly...if you can afford....I would suggest you get your account topped to cover you for 2 months.

You could buy vouchers online and remit them through 611.

@Thegoods5447   Have you try to use Forgot Password link there?  that is the quickest way to reset the password, but only if you can answer the security question

 

if not, then open ticket with PM Support
