Hello. Ported in my number, 4 days ago. Works fine for everyday use.
Problem is, when I try to log into my online account (incognito mode to test) it sends an sms to the previous number. I then switch to email verification to get in. But......
How long should it take for PM system to update totally to my ported in number?

Number was with PM. Ported to Chatr. Ported back to PM now.

Tried removing existing number, then adding mine. new message. An existing EverSafe ID already exists with this phone number.
Tried logging into my old account. Was able to log almost in, got the eversafe sms. Then a PM page with my account, since it was closed bt a previous port out.
So how can I get eversafe to release my number from the old account?

OK. Tried and got this response. Please use a unique phone number.
As background, I have used this number in PM previously in a previous account (recently).

@elwin4297 You have to do it yourself, for some reason it doesn't change automatically. Log in using email then go to the Eversafe profile and edit the phone number there to the correct one. The codes should then start coming to the correct ported number.
