If your active the SIM with the old IMEI from the old phone, you just put the SIM in your new phone and it should work as longer as the new phone is unlocked.

Are you saying that the wrong IMEI was provided for number porting?  To correct that, you'll have to open a ticket using the chatbot to ask a custoemr support agent for help.  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

Hi @Marcbell22 in case your new phone takes a smaller size sim, check if you can remove the outside to make it smaller.   Most sim cards are 3-in-1 and can remove the outside to make it smaller

If you want to change phones...you just take the sim outta old phone and install it in new phone.

IMEI is like a serial  number on your phone..  unique,  cannot be changed
