@Sushi_public

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks, but usually within a week or 10 days

You can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way.  They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost

Hello, I order the new SIM card, it's been over a week and  I didn't receive the SIM card. Do you know when can I receive the SIM?? I already paid for the subscription plan as well along with my SIM card charges. Already started to feel Public mobile service providers are not reliable and its hard to communicate over this chat.

can you please look in to my issue at earliest. Thanks

@Sushi_public  You can only pick the plan when you activate so you will have to choose a in market plan at that time . Of course you can always change plan when ever you want afterward on the website and app

adding be faster to order SIM card from Amazon then PM website . Or call around to local Telus Koodo store for in person buy  and pick up also

@Sushi_publicthats fine you need the PM SIM card to activate anyways . So you can activate when ever you’re ready too .time it  for a day or two before your next billing day with rogers . But once your port your number out successfully it will automatically. Close your rogers  account out . And remember when you transfer your number to leave rogers SIM card in phone and you will get text from them confirming you want to transfer the number . You will have 90 minutes to reply YES to the text and that’s it put the PM SIM card in and welcome to public mobile 🙂

Can I order my new Public SIM online with my preferred subscription plan now and then activate the SIM with my old phone number in 2 weeks' time?

What should be my next step?

I have Rogers service at the moment and I am planning on ordering the new public SIM. And I would like to activate my public service in about 2 weeks of time since my rogers service will be active until then.

@Sushi_public  It’s best to activate a SIM card on a temp number from PM . Then once’s all set up go into your profile tab of my account and and do it like this  notice transfer number under the first red circle

Change # on profile tabs
