For the payment issue, if you are sure it wasn't used by your family member for another line, or if you don't have any other Koodo or Telus service with that amount, please engage support for further investigation by messaging them here

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
