I blocked a person from contacting me on Facebook and on my phone. I don't receive calls or texts, but I still receive harassing voicemail messages. Help me stop this.

just ignore the VM
Some third party apps can prevent callers from specific phone numbers from leaving messages. This is achieved by the app answering the call and hanging up.

Even worst. They can just call from another phone number.
Just pray 🙏 that they eventually stop.
I wish you the best of luck.

If you know the person and they don't stop the only thing you can do besides ignoring them is to contact the cops if it gets to bad. Or You could change your number.

You cannot stop spoofed calls.
What you can do is stop ANY call ending in voice mail - rejecting all voice mail messages. Search through forum and find how to set up extended absence.
I did that and since then NOT ONE vmail was bothering me.
Blocking numbers does not help and it is waste of time as 99% of those calls are spoofed number and you will be blocking legitimate number which might call you in the future.

An option you may not like but can be done free of charge. You can change your number free of charge. You can change it once a week actually with no extra fees.

Another option, contact your local police and ask them to speak to this person and if it continues, a restraining order.

On FB, messages goes through the Messenger app so did you block them on the app?
For calls, you need to go to the phone app and block them.
