I can't log in to my profile. I'm using my saved information on my phone with my fingerprint, and when I log in, Public Mobile sends me to a generic page which instructs me to set up my new acc't.
Anyone else had a similar issue?

@Second_profile you have working service now, right?
The error indicates the EverSafe login system was unable to find the correct My Account from your email login. no worries, easy fix on PM side and you just need to engage them by private message
